Pathway to Accountability, Compassion, and Transparency Collaborative (PACT): Oregon Opportunity
We are excited to share an opportunity for Oregon healthcare organizations to join us in our work with the Pathway to Accountability, Compassion, and Transparency (PACT)—a learning community dedicated to improving the way healthcare responds to harm.
How is PACT Helping Oregon Facilities?
OPSC has partnered with PACT to help ensure that every healthcare organization can implement a Communication and Resolution Program (CRP), which is a comprehensive, highly reliable process for responding when patients experience medical harm. CRPs help improve patient safety, support clinicians and caregivers, and can reduce litigation and claims costs for organizations.
Why Join the PACT Collaborative?
PACT will help organizations move from a disjointed and inconsistent response to harm events to a highly reliable process for responding to patient harm that supports the needs of all involved.
As a PACT Participant, you will:
Participate in dynamic, interactive learning sessions providing best practices and implementation guidance
Receive support and coaching from nationally recognized expert faculty
Access innovative new tools to support each stage of your process
Tap into the wisdom of your peers as they share implementation experiences, challenges, and solutions
Learn how to measure the effectiveness of your program using measurement tools to ensure that your processes are truly hardwired
